Structural Components

L-3 MAS offers a wealth of expertise in aircraft repair and the overhaul of aircraft components. All of the capabilities required are integrated within our shops to provide one-stop convenience.

L-3 MAS’s Short Order Shop (SOS) offers a broad variety of services such as:

• Design and manufacturing of tooling
• Repair and overhaul of structural/electrical and composite components
• Fabrication of electrical and mechanical assemblies
• Stripping and painting of components and aircraft
• Manual and robotic shot peening for both military and commercial customers

Our shops consist of Nondestructive Testing (NDT), Machining, Sheet Metal, Electrical Assembly, Tooling, Painting, Composites and Quality Control.

L-3 MAS is a TCCA Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO 29-03) and can offer services for the Boeing F/A-18, Bombardier Regional Jet, Bombardier Global Express, Bombardier Challenger and Bombardier Challenger 300 aircraft.
