Michel Boulay

Acting President and Vice President, Finance

Michel Boulay, Acting President and Vice President of Finance at L-3 MAS, has close to 25 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Throughout his career, Mr. Boulay has held several positions in finance starting as an internal accountant for Bombardier Inc. up to Vice President of L-3 MAS in 2007 and Acting President in 2012. During the years, Mr. Boulay has acquired a vast awareness of the company on top of gaining an in-depth knowledge of the aerospace and defence industry.

Benoît Beaulieu

Vice President, Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness
and Information Systems and Technologies

Mr. Beaulieu has some 20 years of experience gained in strategic positions in human resources management and in operations management. His career has taken him to Sobeys Inc., as Vice President of Human Resources, and to Provigo Distribution Inc., where he was Vice President of Operations and Sales. Mr. Beaulieu holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from the Université Laval. In addition to Human Resources and Communications, he is also responsible for security and ethics.

Paul Mercier

Acting Vice President, Business Development

Paul Mercier has over 30 years in the aerospace and defense environment. Following an exciting military career as a Military Aerospace Engineering on Fighters and Helicopters, he joined Bell Helicopter in engineering and project management. He then joined Bombardier Defence Services in 1997 in engineering business development and program management. Paul has since assumed roles of increasing responsibilities where he became Director of Public Relations, Strategic Planning, Six Sigma, Business Development, Programs and UAVs. His most recent appointments has been to lead the Australian portfolio with a clear mandate to grow the F/A-18 business down-under. Paul has a BEng degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada.

Robin St-Arnaud

Vice President, Contracts and Legal Affairs

Robin St-Arnaud joined L-3 MAS in March 2008. He brings more than 20 years experience in commercial and private International Law, the first 12 as a private practitioner and thereafter, as senior management to open and closed corporate entities. Immediately prior to joining L-3 MAS, Robin St-Arnaud held the position of Vice President, Legal Affairs and Government Relations, General Counsel and Corporate secretary for Oberthur Gaming Technologies, a world leader in the programming and printing of instant lottery tickets until its acquisition in May 2007. After completing a first degree in Public Administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal, he attended the National Program at Ottawa University and graduated from the Faculté de Droit, section droit civil in 1990.

Marc-André Duranceau

Vice President, Aerostructures and Aircraft Services

Marc-André Duranceau was appointed to the position of Vice President Aerostructures in July 2010. Cumulating 20 years of experience in the aerospace sector, he has vast expertise in manufacturing, business development, supply chain management, strategic sourcing, product development, program management, and after sales. Throughout his career with Bombardier Aerospace, he held numerous senior leadership positions, recently leading the business transformation of the Airbus Sub-Contract Business Unit, Tooling, Spares Parts & Experimental facilities. He also played a key role in the restructuring of the spare parts supply and distribution network for all Bombardier products as Director Inventory Planning, Material Logistics and Supply Base Management. Mr. Duranceau holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and Finance combined with a degree in Operations and Production Management from the Hautes Études Commerciales as well as having completed a minor in Aerospace Engineering at the École Polytechnique de Montréal.
